Edge Elite Sports — Service Agreement

This agreement is between Edge Elite Sports ("we," "us") and the purchasing client ("you"). Where the athlete is under 18, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and are entering this agreement on the athlete's behalf.

What we do

We create social media content and help set up and build profiles for your athlete, according to the package you purchased. We are a content creation and profile setup service. We are not athlete agents, and we do not negotiate or handle NIL deals or money.

You own and control the accounts

All accounts are created in the athlete's name and owned by you. You hold the login credentials at all times. Any access you grant us is at your direction and may be revoked by you at any time. We will not change passwords, recovery settings, or ownership without your consent.

Nothing posts without your approval

We do not post, message, or publish anything without your direct approval. Timely approvals are your responsibility; delayed approvals may delay delivery.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee recruitment, roster spots, scholarships, coach responses, follower counts, engagement, or NIL deals. No one can guarantee these outcomes.

Payments, cancellation & refunds

Subscriptions bill in advance through PayPal at the price shown at purchase. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we have not yet begun any work — including creating or setting up any accounts, building any profile, or producing any content — we refund that payment in full. Once any of that work has begun, the full-refund window closes. Otherwise, payments for billing periods already started are non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to only share photos and materials you have the right to use, and to confirm that your athlete's participation complies with their school, state association, and any applicable collegiate rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of any statistics or claims you ask us to publish.

Covering claims you cause

If a claim against us arises from materials you provided, information you gave us, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

Your information

We collect your information only to deliver the services you bought. We do not sell it and only share it as needed to do the work or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it anytime. We will not feature your athlete in our own marketing without your separate written consent.

Liability & platform rules

Social media platforms are independent third parties we do not control. We are not liable if a platform suspends, restricts, deletes, or removes an account or any content, for any reason — that decision belongs to the platform, not to us. Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for actions taken on your accounts using access you granted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
